Transposition of technical regulations

By Government Resolution No. 232 of 6 March 2002 (available in Czech version only), item 3 of the Guidelines, which are a part of the Resolution, the Czech Office for Standards, Metrology and Testing (ÚNMZ) was charged with the monitoring of the process of adoption and application of EU technical regulations. The Office keeps records of proposed and existing EU technical regulations and the relevant competent authorities, and maintains a comprehensive overview of the transposition of these technical regulations. The current state of transposition of EU directives is given in the following table showing the progress in notifications of the implementing national legislation and the completion of transposition.
